The Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi is the official residence of the President of India. Once the viceregal palace of the British era, the Rashtrapati Bhawan is a must visit on a tour of Delhi. These terraced gardens have water courses and fountains built on three levels. The Mughal Gardens are open to public during the month of February when roses and dahlias are in full bloom. 418 gardeners are employed by the Government of India to tend the massive lawns that compliment the grand Rashtrapati Bhawan in Delhi, India.
