Tour details :
Day 01 : From Cochin to Munnar
On the opening day of the tour reach Cochin railway station or airport. You will be received by the tour representative upon arrival. Afterwards you will be taken to Munnar to check in at a hotel. The 150 kilometers distance from Cochin to Munnar will be covered in 5 hours. For the rest of the day you will be free to enjoy by yourself. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 02 : Experiencing Munnar
The second day has been dedicated to a sightseeing trip for the whole day across Munnar covering some of its famous tourist attractions. You will be taken to Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai and also to a tea plantation.
The sightseeing tour also includes Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, which is the home of a rare type of mountain goat, Nilgiri Thar. The national park plays a crucial role in preserving local flora and fauna and geological balance.
Return to the hotel to spend the night.
Day 03 : To the dream destination of Thekkady
After breakfast get ready to visit the next destination, Thekkady. The travel of 120 kilometers will take around 4 hours to cover in car. Upon arrival check in at the hotel and get refreshed. You will then be taken to witness spice plantations in Thekkady. See crops like cardamom, cinnamon, and pepper in fields. You can then also enjoy an optional tour of local tea and coffee plantations.
Later in the day enjoy a boating trip to Periyar Lake, which lies at the centre of famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Periyar Tiger reserve.
Periyar Lake is an artificial water body located at a height of 2000 feet from the sea level and is surrounded by the tiger reserve. This trip, however, is optional and you can decide to return to the hotel instead to spend some quality time in relaxing. Enjoy the night’s stay at the hotel.
Day 04 : Houseboat experience at Alleppey
Start for Alleppey after a quick breakfast at Thekkady hotel. In a car the 170 kilometers long journey will take 5 hours to complete. Check into a houseboat for the night. The houseboat will cruise through the backwaters of Alleppey from 1200 hours in the noon to 1800 hours in the evening and from 0600 hours to1000 hours in the morning. For the rest of the time it will stay moored in the quiet canals of Kerala.
Day 05 : Destination Cochin
On the fifth day check out from the houseboat at 10:00 am and start for Cochin, which is 70 kilometers from Alleppey. Cover the distance in 2 hours. After checking in at the hotel, go for a quick sightseeing trip of the place. Visit places of interest like Jew Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. You’ll enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 06 : Departure from Cochin
On the closing day of the trip enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel and then start for the railway station or airport to catch your homebound train or flight.

- In Thekkady you will be lodging in Sandra Palace or Micheal's Inn. Enjoy breakfast service at your room.
- Your Alleppey experience will include lodging in Sea Lord or Abad Fort hotel.
