Day 01 : Arriving at Jim Corbett National Park
One can visit the national park at anytime of the year except monsoon as this region experiences heavy rainfall during this time. As you arrive at Ramnagar Railway Station, you’ll be greeted by our representative and get transferred to the national park. Check in at the resort upon arrival. You’re booked here for the night stay as well. Take an afternoon ride to the park for a close encounter with its wildlife.
Day 02 : Jim Corbett
A jungle safari is organized on day two. Travel inside the national park and watch the wildlife in their natural habitat. Indulge in adventure activities in the afternoon. Spend the night in the hotel.
Day 03 : Journey to Ranikhet
Visit Ranikhet the next day. Upon arriving, sign in at the hotel. The remaining day is kept free to let you shop in the local market and visit the temples. Ranikhet is a popular hill station situated at an altitude of 1829 meters. From here you can see the western peaks of the Himalayan range.
Ranikhet, which translates into Queen’s Meadow in English, had got its name from a popular native queen, Rani Padmini. Return to the hotel for the night.
Day 04 : Ranikhet to Kausani
The journey to Kausani from Ranikhet is an enriching experience in itself. On the way, you will visit the small Himalayan villages and hamlets and get the chance to learn about the lifestyle of the people here. As you arrive at Kausani, check in at the hotel and then pay a visit to the Baijnath temple that houses the famous sculptures of Shiva and Parvati sitting on Nandi. Enjoy the dinner in a local house where you can experience local dance, music and foods. Spend the night in the hotel.
Day 05 : Kausani-Nainital
Wake up early in the morning to behold the sunrise over the Himalayan peak. After that, proceed to Nainital via Almora. Check in at the hotel and spend the remaining time strolling leisurely in ‘the Mall’ in Nainital. Your night will be spent in the hotel.
Day 06 : Nainital
The day is reserved for a sightseeing trip of Nainital. A pear-shaped lake, which is almost 2 kilometers in circumference, is located at the center of the valley. The valley is surrounded by seven hills. Naina (2,615 m) to the north, Ayarpatha (2,278 m) in the south and Deopatha (2,438 m) in the west are the three highest peaks. Get the evening free to spend in leisure. Spend the night in the hotel.
