Day 01: Starting tour from Bangalore
On day one, you will reach Bangalore railway station or the airport where our tour conductor will receive you. You’ll then be transferred to Mysore. The trip to Mysore also includes a sightseeing tour of Bangalore. On the way, you will stop by the tourist attractions like the Bull Temple. The Bull Temple attracts devotees from across the country who come here to worship the colossal statue of Nandi.
Upon arriving at Mysore, take the rest of the day off and enjoy it at your convenience. You can take a stroll in the evening or go shopping at the local markets. Return to the hotel for the night stay.
Day 02: Ooty : The mystic hill station
Ooty speaks of romance. Its serene ambiance welcomes tourists for a relaxing experience. Ooty has been crowned as the ‘Queen of Hill Stations’. It has remained a great tourist attraction since it was discovered during 1821 by Mr. John Sullivan, a Briton.
To reach Ooty, you’d need to commute 159 kilometers. So, when you reach the hotel in the afternoon, put your feet up for some much deserved rest. Spend the night in the hotel/resort at Ooty.
Day 03 : Half-day sightseeing at Ooty
One part of the day is reserved for a sightseeing trip of Ooty. The scenic beauty of Ooty is majestic with undulating landscape, dense forests that cover the slopes of the hills, waterfalls, wide meadows, calm lakes, miniature golf courses and sprawling tea gardens.
You’ll be taken to the best tourist locations of the place. A trip to the Botanical garden will give you a chance to see various rare species of trees and plants. You will also visit the museum here. Spend the night in the hotel.
Day 04 : Kodaikanal
You’ll travel to Kodaikanal the next day. It is 236 kilometers from Ooty and hence, you’d need to start right after the breakfast. Upon arrival, check in at a hotel and take the day off to relax. You’ll stay at the hotel for the night.
Day 05 : Experiencing Kodaikanal
After the breakfast, start your sightseeing trip of the place. Visit Coacker's Walk, Golf Links, Green Valley View, and Pillar Rocks. Kodaikanal is famous for its many lakes and waterfalls and so, you’ll be taken to visit Silver the Cascade Falls, Bear Shola Falls and lakes. Spend a relaxing night.
Day 06 : Kodaikanal
The day is reserved to give you a free day so that you can enjoy it at your convenience. No sightseeing has been scheduled for the day. Just spend the day relaxing in the realm of nature. Enjoy a night stay.
Day 07 : End of the trip
Start for Coimbatore which is 140 kilometers from Kodaikanal. You will be dropped at the railway station or airport from where you can catch the transportation that will take you to your home.
