Day 01: Delhi - Shimla (380 kms)
Arrival at Delhi and transfer to Shimla (343 kms / 8 hrs).The capital of himachal, former capital of Britishers, and set amidst shivalik mountains, offering some of the most stunning view of the Himalayas. On reaching Shimla, check in at the hotel, have Dinner and stay overnight at Shimla.
Day 02: Shimla
After breakfast,we will take you for a morning trip to the famous skiing resort of Kufri and Fagu.. then you can enjoy an afternoon, half day city tour, in which you will be visiting the Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple, Evening is at leisure , wherein you are free to stroll in the beautiful and famous shopping places of Shimla town - The Mall & The Ridge. Enjoy the Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Shimla – Manali enroute Rewalsar Lake
Early morning, proceed forward to Manali (320 kms/8 hrs) enroute Rewalsar lake.And we will be taking a small diversion from the Mandi, towards Rewalsar lake. The lake is flowing at an altitude of 1360 metres above sea level. It is a sacred spot for Hindus,Sikhs as well as Buddhists. In the legendary tales, they say, that the great teacher Padmasambhava (Guru Rimpoche) used his enormous power to take flight to Tibet from Rewalsar.
In Rewalsar, legends say, his spirit resides in the tiny island of the floating reed that drifts over the water. The place is also famous for its splendid Buddhist monasteries. Rewalsar also has three Hindu temples , and they are dedicated to Lord Krishna, Lord Shiva and to the sage Lomas.A brief stopover at Rewalsar,will then culminate into the next phase of our journey i.e Manali. After arriving, check in at hotel.- have Dinner and stay overnight at Manali.
Day 04: Manali
After breakfast, we will take you for a city tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Rest for the afternoon . Enjoy your dinner at the hotel . stay overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Manali
One day excursion visiting places like Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass -(a beautiful and famous tourist spot which has a perennial presence of snowand is the most visited tourist spot in Himalaya, covered with snow round the year. It is also known as gateway for Lahaul Spiti valley) and Sohlang Valley, then evening return to hotel . Have dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06 Manali - Delhi (Departure)
Post breakfast depart for Manali and drive to Delhi 570 K M (11 hrs).
